I have tried so many wellness facilities before so I know if I’m saying it’s bad, it’s actually bad. Because I have my experiences with other centres to compare to. Communication - Bad, Knowledge of staff- Terribly bad. Things are supposed to be easy for customer but they kept it unnecessarily complicated. Other wellness centres are much better.
I heard a lot about this place, read positive reviews, God knows if they are fake. Because my experience was really bad and it actually drained my mind so much. They promise something else on paper and appointment call and once you go there, it is so different. I would rather try other wellness studios. Nor worth money.
I really liked the idea of having multiple wellness services in one place and that’s why I went here but experience was completely different. I was left to figure things out myself. The staff was bad. A person would usually go there to feel better but they made it such a terrible day for me. Would never ever recommend it to anyone. Waste of money time and ruined whole day.
Date night was amazing! Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful time. The owner was delightful, friendly and very accomodating. All the staff was courteous and friendly. I had wonderful experience and left very relaxed and invigorated at the same time. I will definitely go back.
