We bought a bike from Brainwave (particularly Kieran) in July. Long story short, it ended up being a bit of a lemon - but the Brainwave guys did everything they could to fix it, and when they couldn’t, they arranged an alternative that was far better. All of this without us reaching back into our wallets. Between this experience and the social cause Brainwave is working for, I can very highly recommended getting a high-quality second hand bike from here.

The service was excellent, and the staff member we dealt with was so helpful. We loved that we could test ride before buying, and there were plenty of options to find the right size we needed.
