If I could give 0 stars I would. I didn’t have an ID on me. But verified my name on MULTIPLE different cards, gave my social, my account number and I even had my passbook for my savings account with them. They still made me verify my pin on the card associated with the account that I wanted to withdrawal from and STILL wouldn’t allow me to withdrawal more than what the ATM would give me. Long story short, don’t forget your ID, they are robots.
Place sucks....2 forms of ID to cash a payroll check after using this bank for 9 years. What a joke.
Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. There is no line setup and people just cut you in line. The tellers were rude.
I was in search of a notary, and after calling a few other places with no luck, I contacted this South Shore Bank location. The woman on the phone told me they had two notaries available that day, and no appointment was necessary. When I showed up, I was pleased to learn that, as a community bank, they offer the service for free! Everyone I encountered was super friendly and very helpful, they made a potentially stressful experience very easy.
Every Friday I went to this bank like every Friday. on Monday some one from this bank call me that i have to close my account I say to the person you have to talk to my wife. He call my wife verbally attack her by saying I''ll give you thirty days to close your account and i do not want your husband in the bank any more
