I signed up for brain balance and it changed me for the good side. The instructors all really nice and are fun to do the exercises with, and you strengthen you mind and body while doing them. 10/10, would recommend to everyone (tell Ms Janice I said hello if your visiting)
My daughter did a 6-month program at Brain Balance and we really saw a big difference in her physical and emotional capabilities. Everyone at the center is amazing and we would recommend the program to anyone whose kids are struggling.
I just had my first appointment/assessment for my 7 yr old. This place has made me feel hopeful and excited to help my son with his attention/focus and behavior. Their approach is holistic and backed by research which I love and looked for. They also allow parents to be a part of the process and work with their child in development and exercises. I just wish they had one closer to my home (Haines City).
We have seen such positive improvement since our son has been in Brain Balance. Their approach and techniques have really helped expand his skills and interests in trying new things. If you are unsure of additional resources to help your child I recommend reaching out to Brain Balance. The monthly status reports, additional online options, and even the parents in the waiting room, make a true sense of community.
*Buyer beware* My wife and I went in to this center and met with Judy. She was honestly so nice and I don't have any qualms with her or the staff there, they all appeared very friendly. We had been looking for help with our son who has ADHD and they seem to have promising reviews of parents who have struggled with similar issues with their children.
