I had the pleasure of speaking with Taylor on the phone this morning (Kenansville branch) as I had a bit of a problem on the website yesterday. Within about 12 minutes she had brought a 3rd party on and the problem was mitigated. The entire time of the call, Taylor was so kind and pleasant to work with. I even told her that this is why my wife and I continue to bank with Bragg. The level of service and attention to customers is 2nd to none. I highly recommend Bragg for a more localized, banking institution.
Leave the big banks and go Bragg. The staff are very supportive any questions you may have and friendly. Also applied to a loan and Brianna helped me from start to finish and made it happen. Real people not machines making decisions.
