been a member at this bank for about 5 years. I walked in with my daughter we went to the loan department to ask questions about my credit card the African American women who came out to talk to me she was very unprofessional she had a attitude she tried to loud talk me as if I was bothering her I will put her name down here when I find her business card i will call the manager as well because I refuse to be disrespected in a place were I keep my funds
