I've been with this bank for nine years and have not had any issues. They are very professional and always take care of their members. I highly recommend the bank. Plain and simple, your missing out on a chance to build your credit if you're responsible enough
Bragg Mutual federal credit union is an outstanding bank to be part of. Everyone there is kind and friendly. But one particular individual went far beyond to help me out. Mrs. Anna. Outstanding customer service, she fix the issue that I had in minutes . Very kindhearted individual, she knows her craft very well. In the future I know exactly who to go to if I have anymore problems. Thank you again.
I went in there today to resolve an issue. First all the old white lady is rude and racist. I know she was when she skipped over my name. I told her I was next and she called the other lady name that came in 10 minutes after me. The only reason why she took me next because the lady left. So as I'm talking to her about the issue I knew she was lying to me the whole time.
