Hardly anyone speaks well enough English who is a Nurse or management team member other than maybe 2 people. Nurses snapping fingers and directing on floor workers like they are garbage at their disposal. Working here is great! Everyone is always smiling, the residents are amazing and not to mention both coworkers and residents care about you! Couldn't ask for a better work place!
