Complete lack of duty of care. Zero accountability for consistent deficits in daily living standards. Senior staff will deflect blame from the staff at every opportunity and lay blame on the residents for the staff’s failures in providing the level of care they are supposed to be providing. Excuses and buck passing all the way. Incompetent, inexperienced and inept at aged care, across all levels. Please, do NOT entrust your loved ones into their care. Only put in 1 star, as no option for 0 stars. Even if you're desperate to place your loved one here, DON'T do it!!!!!! My elderly loved one was placed there by one of her "friends" They suffer horrendous treatment, such as: - being left in their own feces for hours - Bed sores from never being moved - They all seem to be over medicated, I understand this is to make their job easier, GP supplied.
