Management is not good. One person controlled everything through fear and intimidation, while their “puppet” followed blindly, enabling toxic behavior. There was no room for honesty, growth, or respect — just manipulation, blame, and favoritism. Definitely not a healthy or professional environment. poor care for elderlies due to shortage of staff n kitchenhand.
