We were so lucky to get our mother into this incredible home where she lived for two years before she passed in October this year. We can’t speak highly enough of the care, attention and love she received from all of the incredible staff at Brae Valley. We’re in awe of them. These people are the real heroes of our society. I can’t praise this home enough. The staff are second to none. They couldn’t do enough for my dear Father. Jim mc Dowell. He was happy and content there. Anything he requested was no bother. His room and clothes were spotless as was he., I was very lucky to have foun£ this home and can’t recommend it enough. Many many thanks to all the staff for making my dads last years so lovely. Joan the manager was extremely good. As was a Eileen ,Chris,Clifford and the rest of the staff. Jean ( his daughter)
