Andrew, Will, Laurie and Karen were all helpful during the process. The trust & will documents were both long & some sections not really easy to understand, mostly boiler-plate language. You could do a real service for your clients by putting them in clear language, even shorter docs, without losing the necessary legal integrity. I am now trying to clarify some of the language/next steps for my son, who be the executor someday, so that he will not be whelmed when he settles the estate in the future.
