Very unprofessional and rude. It was my first time filing taxes they set me up with a lady that had 0 knowledge of my schedule C and had to constantly ask her peers for help on the subject. She had my very well organized tax documents for a short period of time. Told me what i owed to the IRS and said she couldn’t write anything else off for me (which was not true i had plenty of other write offs) i told her i would not be filing my taxes with them and would be finding someone else. Excellent accounting company, couldn’t run a business without them!!
Be careful going to this location as of last week, they started our 2023 taxes and proceeded to send me and my family a letter stating that we are no longer to be clients as they they are “lessening their workload.” Why didn’t they consider this prior to starting on our taxes January 1 i.e.? Left us in a comprising position!
