Just don't. It may have low fees and slow but not entirely ineffective service during tenancy. However upon checkout I was met with demands and threats to have the place professionally cleaned (it was definitely NOT upon checkin) and redecorated (it was covered in scuffs/wall repairs/paint patches upon checkin). The inventory was a joke, missing obvious things that were used/threatened against me. The place ended up in a far, far higher standard than when I checked in.
