Long term client, now that they’ve changed ownership their staff is rude and non responsive. Emails go unanswered. When they do respond it’s unprofessional. Will not be doing business with them any longer.
Why fire a client that has been with you for years and years for simple family taxes 3 days before our appointment in March! and then tell us you are now charging triple the fees if we want to continue with another accountant? Losers
