Unprofessional and rude customer service. I did my car inspection, without my authorization they charged me an extra fee for plates installation. All the services and costs should be discussed upfront! When I objected to that extra charge, a young mechanic suddenly turned into a rude and obnoxious person. Another inconvenience, they charge only cash for car inspection. It was my biggest mistake to stop at this center.
