I have a very odd case that I have found difficulty finding representation for, while they are unsure if they will be taking the case. They have went above and beyond to help me and secure recorded phone calls, to ensure proper representation regardless, if they take the case or not. Was told by paralegal that to discuss a no fault, amicable divorce between two parties, where there are no financial problems or disputes, etc, where the only thing to be done is file the papers, an issue I've seen friends do for less than 500 bucks- that it would be a 150 dollar fee just to speak to them, followed by fees up to 3000.00, etc. I even repeated ' just to file the papers, that I could do myself if I were not disabled".
