I have a very odd case that I have found difficulty finding representation for, while they are unsure if they will be taking the case. Was told by paralegal that to discuss a no fault, amicable divorce between two parties, where there are no financial problems or disputes, etc, where the only thing to be done is file the papers, an issue I've seen friends do for less than 500 bucks- that it would be a 150 dollar fee just to speak to them, followed by fees up to 3000.00, etc. I even repeated ' just to file the papers, that I could do myself if I were not disabled". I was told "yeah'. This is the second place recommended by a vet org to give me the same treat... read more
