Bradley Morrell were very thorough, professional and efficient. I used them to sell my house and later to buy my next one. Neil dealt with my purchase. Most of our communication was by email which I dont normally prefer. However, on this occasion it was brilliant as I always had very quick responses. Sometimes even out of hours. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

A wonderful experience! This is the second time I’ve dealt with Bradley Morrell and they have been fantastic both times. Nicki is fantastic and has kept me informed throughout my house sale. Her team are quick to respond to emails and always answer the phone! Would not hesitate to use again and would recommend to anyone.
Very poor experience. Dealt with a 'conveyancing assistant' who had extremely poor grammar and a lack of understanding of when to use capital letters. Had to constantly chase them - and although we answered the buyer's queries immediately, he took two weeks to forward them on. It took 16 weeks to complete although we had a cash buyer with nothing to sell.
