If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!
Help lights from residents stay on forever when they need help,not allowed to use shampoo to clean carpets, only hot water,some staff their are in clicks with managment, and dont do thier jobs and have other people do them, carpets in residents rooms are dirty same with their hallways. wow a health center that only uses hot water on the carpets.Would not put anyone i know in their and i tell people about the place i should no i worked their and quit, becuse i could not take it anymore.
Excellant Rehab – If you need rehab this is where to get it. My neighbor was at another Nursing Home and was not get the care or rehab. I told them about Bradley Bay and they moved her. They are very pleased. A rehab Doc and a bone Doc saw here at Bradley Bay. She moves around great and now is at home.
