I ordered a leather recliner from Bradington-Young last November, it was delivered late January and I have to say I am very disappointed in my $3,966. chair. The very thin electic cord underneath the chair got caught in the reclining mechanism and was cut in half. Now I have to wait for a new cord to use my recliner. Not happy!!!
You can get better furniture at Big lots. Trust me
I purchased a $6400 reclining sofa of Bradington Young's from Mathis Bro's 20 months ago. Within 4 months, the battery packs that operate the reclining sofa stopped working. We paid extra for the battery packs. We have now replaced 6 battery packs and 1 motor in the couch, and Bradington Young will not stand behind this "LEMON" of a product per Mathis Bro's.. We had looked for a couple of years for a high quality sofa. Every retail store we went to expressed the quality of Bradington Young. So we finally took the plunge and spent over 9K for a sofa and a loveseat. I reported problems with the retailer with the quality within 2 months of receiving our couch. Finally, after almost 4 months, they finally did something about it. Once they inspected it, they were in total agreement with the quality.
