Sina is amazing!! My back had spasmed from my terrible posture at work, I was not able to sit or stand from the pain. He was able to identify the issue and work on releasing the tension. He also gave me some tips and tricks to prevent it from happening again. I came out of my session feeling lighter and more informed.
