Very bad experience to share. I booked an appointment which got rescheduled 3 times and when I went for my appointment the therapist was a no show no call in and I was sitting and waiting for 20 minutes before I gave up. The person at reception at the time showed no interest in taking any measures to cover the lost time. Looks like they have enough clients to cover their bills and profits that they don’t care if they lose one or two. No call back or any reason why they denied the service they talk about. Sina is amazing!! My back had spasmed from my terrible posture at work, I was not able to sit or stand from the pain. He was able to identify the issue and work on releasing the tension. He also gave me some tips and tricks to prevent it from happening again. I came out of my session feeling lighter and more informed.
Cynthia is my favourite ☺️ she’s the best!!! I always feel super relaxed and comfortable throughout the massage. I have recommended her to my boyfriend and friend - both positive reviews! Will always recommend her.
