My mom has been a resident here for a little over a year, and I can’t say enough about the incredible care she receives. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted by kindness and warmth. The nurses, PSWs, kitchen and cleaning staff, and everyone in between are compassionate, patient, and always take the time to make residents feel comfortable and cared for. I went to visit my cousin last week and saw that the food is not cooked properly. I had also been told that food choices are always getting switched around, which is something that the residents do not approve of (especially my Father). When asked the dietary individuals they explained that their manger is the one that is always changing the choices around whenever she pleases. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

I came here to visit my dad every day for a week, and every day the food was served late. When I talked to one of the dietaries about it they said it was because their manager in the food department didn’t want them to serve anytime before 5:30… My Dad was already starving and so was everyone… This home is not your ideal place to pick put…. This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star…..
