Called me today 07/01/2022 and verbally threatened me with repossession of my current vehicle, my wife’s vehicle, and threatened to garnish my income for a supposed credit card debt that I never incurred from 14 years ago. Yea…good luck collecting that when the statute of limitations is 6 years. When I asked them to provide me proof of this debt, the person said they don’t have to provide me anything and they will see me in court. Will be filing complaints with the BBB and the Feds today after work.
You all can choke on a nice saucy Cheesedick, these people are frauds.

SCAMMM!!! Called my in laws house using my married name about a "civil" case " against me forma credit card from Texaco back in 1995. Not sure how they got my last four digits of my SS # But didn't know my maiden name which the old card was under... card was paid off $200) in 96. Idiots in action be warned
