I just want to thank all the staff that took care of my grandma in her last days. If it wasn’t for you coming in and telling us how much you care we’ve been so worried to leave when we did each night, but knowing that she was in good hands and well taken care of was the biggest blessing in this entire world. This place is disgusting! My family member in the bed with a soiled diaper for 4 hours no one has checked her. My next step is to call the state and file a complaint! You people are DISGUSTING
So refreshing to come into an establishment and be greeted with a smile and friendly voice! The front desk woman, Ashley, came from behind her desk greeting me with a warm smile and a “how can I help you?” She had no idea until I introduced myself who I was and my purpose for being there before I told her!
