My grandmother is a patient at Bradford Place after being in the hospital. The nurses and staff are very kind and helpful. They answer our questions and are working hard to help my grandmother get back home

My mother was transferred to Bradford Place after having back surgery. She arrived on a Friday after "bank hours" and was not seen by a doctor or therapist for 3 days. Because they did not have a doctor on the weekends she was forced to remain bedridden until a doctor was in. During her stay the daytime staff seemed competent, but the overnight staff was nothing short of a nightmare. The first night she had to scream to get anyone's attention.
