Overall the place is nice.but one of the counselors are rude,I want call a name.but will not return phone calls my child has been there almost 2 weeks.I was told the counselor poked my child with a pen,cussed and people calling my child a cry baby.I have left messages for the counselor to call me about a call I recieved of threating to leave and do crazy things.and still no call back.I have talked to the counsler once and was told not to call every five mins he would call me when he could.so I feel if my child does something... read more

I was actually tricked into going almost 3 hrs away to Bradford in Madison Al. After being given a pamphlet of log cabins, buffets, being told it was like a resort and I would love it, promised meds I NEVER received for detox. I awoke to concrete walls freezing to death, yes, just like jail, then laughed at in class by a counselor for the way I was tricked..
