Asked for our tax returns multiple times but They drag their feet! I wouldn’t use them, they delay your tax returns and when you ask to retrieve them they give you the run around saying “we’ll get it to you” but will ghost you. Avoid this place if you want someone reliable and want to get your taxes done ON TIME.
Got our taxes done for the first time here after several years at H&R Block. We came here with a bit of a complicated year and they worked every little detail out and seemed to go above & beyond. Not only that, they’re extremely friendly and it was worth the cost. And still less than H&R Block. I highly recommend them.
