When there are concerns, rather than engaging in a dialogue with me, she employs practices that create a negative atmosphere for my business. I went to the DMV today and I had the WORST associate sheryl mcdonald! She was Rude! She Rushed me! Gave me the wrong information, on the phone the day before (which she stated remembering talking to me) told me i needed 2 proofs of residencey, told me NOTHING about a fee, i get there at my scheduled time and she tells me i need a 3rd proof, i gave lease, driver license, bank acct, vehicle registration none of that was good enough so i gave credit card info. then told me i owed $111 (which i did not) then told me my son who ... read more
