This is my second time using this firm and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Rebecca dealt with our house sale and purchase with assistance from Katie and Debbie. The honesty, professionalism and efficiency of this firm is unmatched. They are amazing at what they do and a joy to work with.
Avoid this company at all costs. Communication is zero, to the point you have to physically go in branch for answers, but when you do this you get met with arrogance and attitude. Honestly never felt treated so badly as a customer. Weeks of unnecessary stress due to incompetent staff. Always false promises on replies to the point I found everything out about the sale/purchase of our house from the sellers/buyers before these even let me knew what was going on. Awful.
I used Bradford and Sons/Daughters years ago so I was surprised at some of the replies as I always got good responses and thorough outcomes - it can be difficult when dealing with what I joked as "Births, Deaths, Divorces..."
Was a recommendation from a friend of family. A lovely small firm of Solicitors. Professional but friendly, can always be reached on the phone. Very good prices as well. Would highly recommend and I am based in SE LONDON!!
