Very rude. Called to get some basic information for representation for a friend . Rephrased my question multiple times and Tucci put in 0 effort to answer . Ended up hanging the phone up in my face. As someone who works in a law office , this is unacceptable customer service. I can see why there hasn’t been any positive reviews in the last 2 years.

Vincent is the lawyer you want if you ever find yourself getting a DUI. Out of the several attorneys/lawyers I spoke to, he was the first one that actually made me feel safe during one of the worst moments of my life. His confidence, bluntness, and knowledge in DUI cases - is why I chose him as my lawyer. His process in the beginning may seem extensive, but it does yield results (my results below): -DMV court hearing - charges dropped -Criminal court hearing - DUI dropped to a Wet & Reckless -Nursing license - still intact

The bathroom is closed to your customers your employees ain't worth nothing I stood there 15 minutes waiting no one said hello or any at all went across the street to CALIFORNIA BURGERS 100 times better
