We are from Canada but got engaged at Seneca Mills Falls in New York. We decided to have our wedding photos done there and found Brad online. From day one, Brad was responsive to any questions. Always answered emails within 24 hrs. As you can imagine, the logistics of organizing photos, hair, makeup, hotels etc from another country could have ended up being a nightmare but Brad was always easy to communicate with. 2nd yr our school has used this photographer and the work is worse this year then last! Our boys are soccer players and Brad chose to take pics of them in school gym, which they look like volleyball players! Photos are washed out! Color tones are off! And false advertisement when stating on form “free team photo”, which was not received. Brad is not a nice person when a female purchaser contacts him.
