Mr. Brackett is a very unprofessional lawyer. He was paid in full upfront when hired as requested. He did not communicate or return dozens of phone calls, did not show up in court. He was evicted from his law office location and shut his e-mail and phone numbers off without even notifying me. I tracked him down after searching for him over a week and he was very rude and refused to answer questions, said he would return my paperwork when he was ready but never did.
