Nice place :-) Not sure about the previous review...this is supposed to be for a store in San Carlos...not Los Altos! Further more you prob shouldn't let you child run across the street unattended! If you were maintaing your child you may have seen what happened...but it's very doubtful that anyone would treat a child like that! Where were you while this was going on hmm? Lol and by the time you realized you child was crying the store had already shut down? Typical Los Altos mom, not watching your kids, but getting pissed of... read more
Wouldn't take my kid there... I had a bad experience not related to shopping at the actual store. Los Altos has an annual easter egg hunt. There was confusion last year as to the start time. Seems one side of the street started 1/2hr earlier than the other side. My son crossed the street to get a few eggs and a salesperson saw my son, rudely grabbed his basket from his hand and then threw his eggs all over the ground while saying he had no right to be collecting eggs yet. Of course my son broke into tears! I went back to the... read more
Very worth visiting---- This is a beautiful store. I had to PRY my wife out of there. They show many different lines, as well as a lot of Bracha originals. The designer, Victoria Bracha was there that day, and she took the time to help my wife pick an entire coordinated outfit. At first, we were just browsing, but the help and the clothes made believers out of us. Well worth visiting.
