I had a terrible experience. 1. He said it was old case rhat it would be a fine..Didn't Happen 2. Took many months to reach the DA Then pushed me to take a plea that would be a fine. DIDNT HAPPEN 3. JUDGE did not honor agreement. ( do not enter into a plea agency it will not be honored) 4. I then was give 2 weeks , plus a fine. 5.0 stars Posted by Steven May 19, 2021 I would recommend Brabazon Law Office. I was facing 3 charges with the possibility of 9 months in jail and $10,000 in fines. I hired Shane to help me with my case. He explained everything to me and was very understanding. He researched my case and worked with the D.A. to come out with results I was happy with. He was able to get 2 of my 3 charges dropped and a small fine to pay. No jail! I'm completely satisfied. He's someone I would definitely call on again. Thank you again Shane
I highly recommend Brabazon Law office. My son had an OWI first offense and was told he needed to have the breath tester in his car. He had many registered to him that were no longer around as they were scraped so we needed help getting them removed. Brabazon Law offices dug into the matter farther than I expected and found out he didn't even need the breath tester. We couldn't be more pleased with our service and results. If I ever need an attorney again this is who we are going with.
