Extremely expensive. $100 for a 1 page, 1 signature document. She charges extra for Baker because it's outside of Baker, but I have done a real estate closing before where they came out, and it was a 50 page doc with multiple initial and signature lines for about $50. $100 for 1 signature on a 1page doc is just insane.
