Calling me every day to ask when I am coming on the day the note is due. I start telling her that I'm having teeth surgery, and she begins to start talking over me with a pause. When I say something she starts in again. This is the 2nd month we've been doing this and both end up yelling until I hang up. I have done business with them for over 10 years and never have missed a payment. They do like to refinance me and I keep in the loop. I called and talked to these people and now they are calling everyone I know and telling them my business to everyone, black balling me and I am 2 days late
