I called them four times for an 8 block trip and they never came, each time they said 3 minutes, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 2 minutes. I end up walking to my destination. I guess don't call them on the weekends

Absolutely trash customer service,NEVER on time and always at least ten minutes late,drivers have a tendency to just vanish out of thin air so you’d have to call the number again and again to even have a chance of getting ONE cab, on top of that extremely unprofessional. Most don’t even know English in the slightest so you need to struggle to have the most basic conversation to get over a misunderstanding.
