My personal impression is that this group appears to be more inclined to accept simpler and less complex cases involving straightforward and clearly defined issues. Therefore, in my view, if a case is complex, involves multiple issues, or requires extensive specialist assessment, it may not fall within the types of matters this group is inclined to accept, and the likelihood of acceptance may therefore be lower. They say they take your enquiries seriously but triage a potential matter via an office assistant who doesn’t have any legal/medical case knowledge. Really? BPC lawyers you allege someone has 30 years experience triaging enquiries but the call we received was from someone clearly very young and inexperienced. We understand standard disclaimers however.
