Used to love this place but since change of management, absolutely disgraceful service as many others have mentioned with trying to charge higher prices than listed. Even lied to my face about a 63 year old product being a 'new edition' that merited a 50% markup compared to the same size/brand. Never going back.

Rude customer service
I shopped here several times a week for over 5 years when it was IGA express and always got along so well with all the friendly, helpful staff. It is now called "friendly" grocer, which is a joke! The staff member on duty was beyond rude, and I will not go back there again. It's so annoying because it's just around the corner, but his attitude has prompted me to write one of only 2 negative reviews I've ever posted.
