I 280 east bound. about 19:30 PM Sunday 7 SEP 2025. Driver was fully distracted and nearly rammed me. Instead of realizing one should not drive a 20 ton vehicle distracted by his PHONE. Driver proceeded to tail-gate, flash lights and otherwise be a brute. I hope it was worth it. I am filing a DOT complaint. I have video and photos.
