Two planes in the whole airport departing with a snowstorm forecasted for days and still took an hour to de-ice. Absolutely amateur operation. Ran out of fluid on our plane, how?! There were only two. Caused us to miss our connection and overnight. Cost me 1000’s of dollars and a terrible start to honeymoon. May be a beautiful airport but the staff are incompetent and don’t care if you are on time.
