Employees are rude and dodge any earnest questions taxpayers have like they're bullets. Waste of taxpayer money
If I could give a 0 I would, disgusting process on appeals of parking and no regard for its tax payers who park downtown and utilize the parking garage...heads up if you think you have more time to use don't just pay the extra dollar and be done or it is a $20 fine and when you offer to pay the $1 for the additional 15 minutes you used for what your tax dollars help to build and supporting small business downtown, they email you then mail the decision letter without telling you the date and time of the hearing you were suppo... read more
