So I was in my first ever car accident on Feb 5 on hwy 17, lost control and went into the ditch. Approx 10:30 am. First 1 flatbed tow-truck came approx 12pm, the police officer that stayed with me while they tried to get my vehicle out was absolutely fantastic. After trying for about 2.5 hrs he called for another tow-truck to assist him. So I had 2 flatbed towtrucks to pull a Jeep Gladiator out of a ditch. I had gotten rear ended on September 25th my car was parked, and my front wheels were turned to the right from being hit. My insurance sends out Boyuk. The driver starts doing what he needs to do, I watch him hook on the bottom of my car, my drivers door is open but my car isn't started yet, I had already given him my keys. He proceeds to pull my front wheels straight and drag my car about a half car length and then jumps in my car and turns it on and puts it in neutral. 1 star — and only because I can’t give 0. I was stranded in the cold when my car wouldn’t start. Boyuk told me a truck would arrive within 2 hours. The driver later called to say the winch wasn’t working and that another truck was being sent. Eight hours later, my car was still not towed. Communication was extremely difficult, and I received conflicting information from both the driver and dispatch. They wouldn't pick up my calls when I tried to follow up. Excellent service! The tow truck arrived quickly, and the driver was professional and friendly. They handled my car with care and got me to the repair shop safely. Highly recommend this company for reliable towing!

Required a tow, my warranty company contacted Boyuk and I received an eta of 2 hours. After that time had passed I called for an update, staff was rude and hung up after stating they had nothing booked. Called my company back who contacted Boyuk, come to find out they CANCELLED my tow and made no one aware of it. Absolutely ridiculous, avoid this company at all costs. Absolutely ridiculous
