Great place for kids who enjoy learning and doing hands on activities.
Multiple social workers with CPS encouraged me to never bring my children here again. Come to your own conclusion.
My kiddo just recently attended the Teen Night (free) with some friends from school and came home RAVING about her experience! She begged to become a member of The Club all night after! I signed her up the next day and she has gone almost everyday since! They shuttle over on a bus after school. The staff are so lovely and friendly! I can tell the kids are in such great hands. I went to this boys and girls club in the early 2000s and to this day I attribute a huge part of who I am to this program. I lived in a really poor apartment complex and having this program kept me safe, supervised and I was able to have fun and learn new skills. Without this boys and girls club I could have easily ended up hanging out with the wrong crowd and I may not be here today.
