I went to this boys and girls club in the early 2000s and to this day I attribute a huge part of who I am to this program. I lived in a really poor apartment complex and having this program kept me safe, supervised and I was able to have fun and learn new skills. Without this boys and girls club I could have easily ended up hanging out with the wrong crowd and I may not be here today.
