Always trying to sell their xumo, phone lines, and tablets but without fully explaining to the customer the real cost and then you get a surprise in your bills when you were just trying to lower your payments. I feel scammed because they claim this will lower our payments but then it just adds different charges. Find another internet company not this trash
Please don't get spectrum! I had asked to get the voice service removed and I was thinking it would bring my rate down. WRONG!! they added a new service I was not aware about called spectrum tv and they charged the voice service to my account AGAIN!!!! WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOES THAT
