Had the opportunity to golf the Highlands course earlier this Summer and couldn't have been more impressed with facilities, the staff, and the golf course - they were all top notch! I also had the chance to engage with a group of 40 staying at the resort for an annual golf weekend (which they gather in a new location every year) - and they shared the experience was great and at the top when compared to trips they had taken all across the country for golf. Just had an incredible weekend with Boyne, staying 3 nights and playing the Donald Ross, Arthur Hills and Bay Harbor Links/Quarry. Everyone in the group absolutely loved this place and the courses, so much that a few wanted to ditch the plan to go to a new state every year and come back and play here every year! Thank you, Boyne, you will not go wrong with choosing this place. The Links/Quarry course is a course you won't ever forget!
Just played the Hills, Marshall says pace of play is 4:45 , ridiculous! Even at that we were 5 hours, takes away from all the positives.
WOW I stayed there for a golf trip and all was GREAT until i left my golf clubs there over night. The next morning when our group got there for our early morning golf everything was loaded and ready to go. I headed to the putting green to take a few practice putts and then it was time to head to the 1st tee box. Thats when things went wrong. My wife and I just attended the couples clinic. We could not be more pleased with our experience. Joe and Jeff are outstanding instructors. The facilities are world class as well. Joe and his team really helped our games and allowed us to have a great weekend.
