Decent selection but the service was a turn off. They were closing 15 min early as we walked up so while trying to support local and small business' they turned us away and said they were closed. Not interested in us even looking in the shop or sale tent just turned us away. So they must be doing good if they don’t need any last min sales for the day. Noted for the future on our yearly visit we don't need to stop.

Fantastic customer service. We rented 2 e-bikes for half a day rode to Harbor Springs and had a very nice lunch. My wife was experiencing some pain and couldn't make the return trip. They allowed me to come back, grab my truck, and go get my wife and the bike. Although we were a little late on our return, they were really great about it. My wife and I rented a couple of e-bikes for the day. We rode out to Harbor Springs. On the way back, I lost control of my bike and ended up on the ground. There was no apparent reason why that happened. I'm a seasoned bike rider with a great safety record. My fall scared the heck out of my wife. Fortunately, I didn't hit my head, but I guess I should have had knee and elbow pads (I have road rash on my forearm and especially on my knee).
