Absolutely unacceptable. I scheduled two Zoom consultations with this law office. The first time, they didn’t show up and didn’t even bother to notify me. The second time, they canceled just 30 minutes before the meeting, with an excuse that wouldn’t fly even with one of my dishwashers. This level of service is deeply unprofessional, shows no respect for the client’s time, and is completely unethical. Awful. They cant even get you actually on the phone with anyone. Orlando office doesnt even exist. Do not send them any money.
