Zero empathy provided re: valid cancellation policy. Under the circumstances, I could not care less about cancellation policy as I had no wiggle room at the time as a primary care provider. For your team to not understand or care about the circumstances was upsetting which is why I have not and will not be returning to Boyd Massage.
I've been going to Jennifer for years! She is friendly, professional, and a great masseuse. Her prices are reasonable, and her office is clean! She helped me get over my frozen shoulder.
Jennifer was great but her business/husband partner had the personality of a rock and always seemed to be lurking around.
I came here a couple times already, and I can say without a doubt Jennifer is one of the BEST in the area. Both times she has been very attentive to detail and is very, very friendly. She also asked me both times how the pressure was as to make sure she didn’t use too little or too much. Absolutely perfect! She fixed my back right up!
I’ve been going to Jennifer Boyd for about 10 years. She is amazing! Super friendly And massage therapy. Helps Me feel better every time I go.
