We had such a fantastic experience with Boyd’s Car Rental! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us. We had originally booked our car for Good Friday, but since they were closed, they kindly arranged for us to pick it up a day earlier at no extra cost. On top of that, the car we had booked was unfortunately damaged by another customer before our arrival, but the team handled it so professionally and proactively, upgrading us to a larger vehicle instead. Excellent family owned and run business - great value. No location at Airport, which is fine, but can be confusing in the booking process. Airport Dropoff means car return to the Tweed Heads HQ and you will be immediately shuttled to the airport 5 mins away.
Boyd's are the smoothest, no worries car hire around. Great car. Great service. Cheap. What more do you need?
