Aliante Hotel and Casino sports book absolutely sucks. Their GM decided to make a decision not to allow the their patrons to eat in the sports book during sporting events unless you buy food from Aliante. The funny thing about it is they told me I can buy a pizza at 4:00 pm , but they don't have any other restaurants. It is expensive and nasty. At the Fremont casino on 9/15/2024 me and my wife was gambling when the security walked pass us she the stop came ask for our id my wife didn’t have her so we just cash out and decided to leave while we’re leave words being exchanged because she stereotype us cause we look young as I’m walking out the security guard decided he want to hit me in my head I have it on video I really want legal advice because regardless of what being said he had no reason putting his hands on me I’m I’m already leaving and I had my id so if any ... read more

Hello I went to the New Orleans on Wednesday for my birthday. Could not enjoy it because the room had mold and mildew all on the walls. The shower and the tub water ran together where it filled up the tub and wouldn’t go down for hours then they changed my room and then the air conditioner wasn’t working so I left. I will never come back there again and I have the pictures to prove it.and was sick as hell. Will not let me upload the video

Sorry but When I tell you one of there Vegas location Security is So unprofessional So Multiple Cars Got broken into My car was one of them. When I tell you security was so nonchalant about the situation one of the security guards made a racial comment about if we were white they would be quick to help us.
