If you are looking for great booze, history, and outstanding people then you'll love visiting Boxwood. We had such an amazing time chatting with the owners and listening to their family history and history of Boxwood. Such a personal and warming experience! Also they have the prettiest bird, please tell Pee Dee I said hello
Excellent stop in Darlington! A MUST!!! Great tasting products and so much history! Be sure to meet Jack, the Master Distiller, he is incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly! His bird, Pee Dee, will greet you as you walk in! We will gladly stop by here again on our travels!
Amazing staff with amazing drinks. 8$ for a flight is super reasonable. I really appreciated the history and the stories as well as the explanation of how the liquors were made and imagined. Lots of history tied into the drinks and the land around. Heard about Boxwoodstock festival and will certainly have to make it back here for that next year!
Boxwood Distillery is a great historical distillery. My wife and I enjoyed their historical knowledge of the region and their passion for the craft of distilling spirits. They have very unique tastes and flavor profiles. Chris was very knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. We can’t wait to hear more about the distillery and their products.
Excellent experience! Jack was awesome and told us the history and story of Boxwood. All the bourbons were delicious and loved the labels. Got my husband a few for Valentine’s Day! So glad we have a local distillery in Florence!
